The Anvil is a concert hall and theatre in Basingstoke. It is part of Anvil Arts, the largest performing arts organisation in Hampshire, which also runs The Haymarket and The Forge. The Anvil was opened in 1994 and has a capacity of 1,400 seats. It hosts a variety of events, including classical music, rock and pop, comedy, dance, opera, drama and family shows.
