Basingstoke’s Summer Running Festival launches a fresh two‑part run series in support of Naomi House, the local children’s hospice that does incredible work for families across the region. It’s designed as a welcoming, community‑focused event with options for every level of runner. You can take on the 5km or 10km, and younger runners can get involved in the Junior Mile, making it a genuine family day out with a purpose.
Every participant receives a unique finisher medal along with post‑race snacks, professional chip timing and free race photos. The routes are fully marshalled and supported by St John’s paramedics, giving the whole event a safe and well‑organised feel. Each entry also includes a donation to Naomi House, adding an extra layer of meaning to every mile. Fundraising isn’t required, but anyone who wants to raise additional support can request details by emailing hello@dashtogether.co.uk.
It’s a feel‑good summer event that blends fitness, fun and local charity support in a way that brings the community together.
